Essential Duties

Provide individualized nursing services during the school day
Monitor student health status and implement care plans
Assist with daily medical needs and specialized health procedures
Accompany the student during transportation as needed
Maintain accurate health records and documentation
Communicate effectively with school personnel, families, and medical providers
Support student participation in classroom and school activities

Qualifications

Active Massachusetts LPN or RN License
At least 1 year of professional nursing experience
Experience supporting students or individuals with specialized healthcare needs
Strong assessment and clinical decision-making skills
Ability to work independently in a school environment
Pediatric experience preferred
Experience with alternative communication methods or ASL is a plus
