Responsibilities

Provide individualized nursing care throughout the school day
Monitor student health needs and respond appropriately to changes in condition
Manage specialized medical equipment and treatment plans as needed
Accompany the student during daily transportation to and from school
Maintain accurate documentation and health records
Collaborate with families, school staff, and healthcare providers
Support student safety, health, and participation in the educational environment

Qualifications

Active Massachusetts LPN or RN License
Minimum of 1 year of professional nursing experience
Experience managing complex medical needs and specialized care plans
Comfortable working independently and making clinical decisions
Strong communication and organizational skills
Pediatric experience preferred
Experience working with deaf or hard-of-hearing individuals or knowledge of ASL is a plus
