About the Role

As a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) with At Home Care Partners, you'll assist clients with essential daily activities while providing the encouragement and personal attention that make home care so valuable.

Your support will help clients feel more confident, comfortable, and secure as they continue their daily routines in the place they know best—their own homes.

Your responsibilities will include:

Help clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal care needs
Assist with preparing meals and completing light housekeeping tasks
Provide companionship and support with everyday routines
Offer medication reminders
Observe and communicate changes in a client's condition to the care team
Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
