The Director of Nursing is responsible for the overall leadership, coordination, and quality of nursing care , ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations while maintaining a strong, resident-centered care culture. This is a senior leadership role overseeing 24-hour nursing operations and serving as the key clinical leader in the absence of the Administrator.
