What You’ll Do Provide 1 on 1 in-home care for seniors, veterans, and adults with disabilities. Assistance with mobility, transferring, hygiene, light meal prepping, companionship , transportation and help with client ADLs/IADLs . Monitor and report changes in client condition — strengthening your assessment and documentation skills. Communicate effectively with families and office staff — the same teamwork skills you’ll use in medical settings.
