Position Overview A Place At Home – Fairfield South is seeking a compassionate and dependable caregiver to support clients in Greenwich, CT. Caregivers in this role help maintain a clean, comfortable, and supportive environment while respecting the unique needs and wishes of each client and family. Essential Functions Monitor and promptly report any changes in the client’s physical or mental condition to the supervisor. Provide medication reminders per the care plan (non-medical).
