Experience with dementia, Alzheimer’s, or stroke care is a plus, but not required. Your Role & Responsibilities As an in-home caregiver, you’ll be an essential part of our clients’ lives, providing compassionate care and assistance, including: Companion care – Providing emotional support and meaningful social interaction. Personal care assistance – Helping with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting. Meal preparation – Assisting with cooking and dietary needs. Medication reminders – Ensuring clients stay on track with their prescriptions. Mobility assistance – Helping with walking, transfers, and movement. Light housekeeping – Creating a clean and safe home environment. Care documentation – Keeping accurate records and communicating changes in client health.
