: Resident Assistant - PRN Position Summary The Resident Assistant plays a vital role in supporting residents with daily living activities while promoting independence, dignity, safety, and overall well-being. This position provides compassionate care and meaningful engagement to residents in an assisted living or memory care environment. Key Responsibilities Assist residents with activities of daily living, including: Ambulation and transfers Bathing and personal hygiene Dressing and grooming Incontinence care Feeding assistance and medication reminders Engage residents in group and one-on-one activities that encourage socialization and wellness. Previous experience in assisted living, memory care, caregiving, or senior services preferred. CNA certification preferred but not required. Knowledge of dementia and memory care practices preferred. Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills. Ability to maintain resident confidentiality and professionalism.
