Job description: About the Role Home Helpers of Lake Country is seeking a Lead On-Call Caregiver to provide compassionate, reliable in-home care to seniors and individuals in need throughout the Lake Country area. This position ensures consistent care coverage by filling in for call-ins, assisting new clients, and supporting the caregiving team with scheduled shifts.
