Collects, monitors and reports patient data/needs to licensed team members as directed. Follows documentation standards. Demonstrates high standard of moral and ethical behavior. Commits to continuous improvement of patient experience, which includes patient safety, quality of care and excellent service. Advocates for privacy, confidentiality and security of patient, staff and organizational data. Adheres to the organization’s published values, standards and policies.
