The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Hospice House provides direct patient care, assisting with daily living activities, vital signs, mobility, meals, and hygiene. Key Responsibilities Provide personal care and hygiene to patients in accordance with policies and procedures. Job Summary Perform clinical support tasks at the direction of clinic providers, including vitals, simple tests, specimen collection, room turnover, and supply stocking; assist with minor procedures and occasional front-desk duties. Key Responsibilities Take vital signs, prep patients/rooms, and assist during exams/minor procedures. Collect specimens; clean/sterilize instruments; maintain supplies. Support simple diagnostics (e.g., EKG); assist with dressings/suture removal per competency. Provide basic front-office help (check-in, calls) as needed. Job Qualifications Required High school diploma or equivalent; BLS ; ability to read, write, speak, and understand English. Preferred Prior nursing assistant experience in clinic or similar setting.
