Qualifications ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS Knowledge of Patient Rights. MINIMUM ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE Six months recent CNA experience required. Subacute experience preferred. REQUIRED LICENSURE / CERTIFICATIONS Must have current, valid Certified Nurses Assistant certification, or be currently enrolled in accredited Registered Nursing program with completion of the 1st clinical curriculum semester. Current BLS (CPR) required through the American Heart Association.
