Basic requirements: Must be currently certified in Washington State as a NAC Must maintain an active certification in good standing throughout employment. Specific Job Requirements Must have compassion, patience, tact and a pleasant disposition Must demonstrate exceptional dependability with attendance, job performance and personal interactions Must have proficiency in all patient care areas including but not limited to: direct patient care, patient rights, and safety and sanitation Maintain professional working relationships with all associates, visitors and vendors.
