Key Responsibilities: Answers multi-line telephone, receives/delivers telephone messages Greet visitors Transport patients to dialysis Sorts incoming mail and distributes throughout office Screen visitors at the front door; take temperatures Prepares weekly FedEx packages, schedules FedEx ground pickups and certified mail requests Orders shipping and mailing supplies Sorts accounts payable checks, folds and inserts checks and runs through postage meter Maintains neat appearance and dresses appropriately to provide a positive image for the management office Completes other tasks/duties as may be assigned by the Administrator Job Requirements: Licensed CNA with the ability to drive a multi-passenger vehicle safely and appropriately, including ability to read and interpret road signs in English Ability to recognize vehicle maintenance needs Ability to perform minor vehicle repairs killed in reasoning skills to interpret policies and procedures, maps, and route directions Ability to administer First Aid and CPR. Promotes and supports the greatest possible degree of independence for residents. Advises supervising charge nurse of resident’s status at beginning and end of shift. Contributes knowledge of resident’s conditions/needs to resident care plans. Assist in the implementation of care plans as directed within the parameters of established policy and procedure. Observes and reports on residents’ conditions, and documents observations as required. Complies with requirements of procedures for safe lifting and/or safe transfer of residents per established policies and procedures. Must be able to perform moderate to heavy lifting. Assures that equipment is clean and functional.
