Implements appropriate preventative measure for patients identified with safety risks (i.e. falls). 6. Schedules and prepares patients for labs, diagnostic procedures, OR, and radiation treatment (i.e. CT, MRI, Bone Scan, etc.) 8. Assures that Kardex entries are completed, updated and properly placed back in card holder daily. 16. Ensure equipment on Unit is working properly. 17. Orders supplies for stock room 18. Maintains area stocked with the necessary supplies and forms. 19. Checks PA system on a daily basis. 20. Mail is to be picked up daily from the Mailroom. 21.
