Why Join Our Team RIGHT AT HOME is currently looking for a caring, honest, and compassionate individuals to fill various Home Care Aide (HCA), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), and Exempt Nursing Assistant Registered (NAR) positions in N. King and Snohomish Counties. We are there to assist and support the client in their own home with daily ADLS and IADLS. Salary The base rate for a 4 hour shift is $22.50 per hour, and increases based on level of care client needs. Rates fluxuate based on length of shift. A 5+ hour shift will pay differently per hour than a 4 hour shift. PAID travel time and mileage reimbursement in between client shifts when working back-to-back. Shift Currently seeking 4 hour shifts, however we also offer/have available 5-12 hour shifts Responsibilities and Duties Caregivers are responsible for the tasks of personal care of the client’s ADLS and IADLS. To provide care and assistance for their everyday schedules to ensure their needs are meet with tasks like bathing, dressing, light housekeeping, meal prep, medication reminders, transfers, and companionship. Qualifications and Requirement HCA, CNA, or NAR (with exemption letter or currently enrolled or have completed the 75-hour training), License must complete a WA state-approved training program and WA license, if in schooling you have 200 days to get your license.
