Reinforcing education with patients; i.e. incentive spirometer use, and fall prevention. Maintaining a clean and organized patient bedside area to ensure a safe workspace. Intentionally rounding on each patient every hour. Mandatory Orientation Training completion required: one full week of Monday through Friday 8a-4p prior to starting work on the unit.
