SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION: Good interpersonal skills to interact positively and effectively with patients, visitors and hospital personnel. Sound communication and writing skills. Math skills to perform simple arithmetic calculations. Observational and analytical skills to identify patient changes/problems to prioritize and react appropriately. Familiarity with PCs and other computerized patient care tools, or demonstrated ability to learn. LICENSURE DESCRIPTION: State of Wisconsin Nursing Assistant Certification is required.
