Documentation-Completely and accurately documents patient/resident care activities and response in a timely manner in accordance with facility policy. 1. Documents on a regular, real time basis all patient/resident care activities in accordance to policy. 2. Infection Control-Provide safe and effective patient/resident care in accordance with hospital Infection Control policy and procedures. 3. Wears appropriate PPE as warranted. 4. Follows hand hygiene protocol. 5. Follows all isolation procedures as appropriate. The pay for this position ranges from $18.18-$28.10 per hour.
