Duties & Responsibilities Purpose of Position : Under supervision, provides professional nursing care to patients/clients within an assigned unit. The Cardiac Rehab Nurse is responsible for documenting all patient care appropriately in the medical record to comply with the policies and procedures of the department and JCAHO requirements.
