Making Beds Uses recommended amount of linen and diapers Disposes of linen in proper manner. Properly utilizes clean and dirty linen carts. Secures call bells to bed. Beds are made in proper manner. Knowledgeable in procedure for linen precaution. Rehabilitation: Assists in ambulation, transfers, ROM exercises and good body alignment where indicated. Uses adaptive devices properly. Cooperates with all rehab disciplines. Keeps accountability sheets up to date with signatures as required. Has knowledge of proper procedure. Records results. Informs nurse of results.
