Responsibilities Provide direct, compassionate patient care while adhering to Legacy Health’s high standards for patient assessment, care delivery, and transfer. Work with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, holistic care for every patient. Qualifications What We’re Looking For: Education: Graduation from an accredited nursing program as required by licensure. BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) is strongly preferred. This role assists with assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care under the supervision of Registered Nurses.
