Explains procedures, therapies and treatments to patient and family, evaluates and documents patient and family response to teaching. Uses appropriate resources to provide education. How you’ll make an impact in this role Lead the delivery of high-quality bedside care by implementing and adapting personalized care plans that prioritize patient safety and recovery.
