Job Title: (RN) Supervisor Open Shift: Mon-Friday 7-3 Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate (RN) Supervisor to join our team at Civita Care Center at Danbury. As a key member of our nursing leadership team, you will be responsible for supervising the delivery of care to residents on our assigned Unit. This includes assessing resident needs, developing care plans, administering nursing care, evaluating nursing care, and supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other personnel.
