Job Description Position Summary: Provide personal care and support services in the home for persons who are ill, disabled or terminal. Ability to use hands, arms and fingers in repeated motions that include ability to feel or operate objects, tools, or controls including grasping and turning motions. Ability to apply/utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required. Responsible for responding immediately to residents’ requests. Assists residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL’s), according to their plan of care, individual needs and care preferences. Notifies Supervisor of changes in residents conditions or needs Maintains facility standards for resident care Assists with service in the dining room for all meals as needed.
