Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with clients and their families. Physical stamina to assist clients with mobility and other physical tasks. Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations. Demonstrate reliability by consistently arriving on time and completing assigned tasks with precision.
