The In Home Services CNA is responsible for providing routine care and assisting participants or clients with activities of daily living, restorative and supportive care. Reports any variance, accident or unusual occurrence to the appropriate personnel. Attends in-service and continuing education programs as scheduled and necessary. The In-Home Services RN (Registered Nurse) provides skilled nursing care in accordance with InnovAge policies and all applicable regulations to participants and performs related administrative tasks for InnovAge.
