We're seeking experienced nurses with a passion for community health education and engagement. Assessment and Care Planning: Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of patients' health status. Develop and implement individualized care plans based on these assessments to meet the patient's needs. Medication Administration: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician. Monitor and assess the patient for any adverse reactions or side effects. Wound Care: Provide wound care management, including dressing changes, infection control, and monitoring healing progress.
