Primarily responsible to evaluate and admit new patients to service, completing a comprehensive assessment and developing a plan of care to meet patient needs. Also completes readmissions to service for those who have had a hospitalization and completes revisits to existing patients requiring care on the weekend. Pay Range:$36.50 - $49.95 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
