Night (United States of America) Charge Registered Nurse- Intensive Care Unit The Charge Nurse provides supervision and leadership to assigned nursing care unit for the shift worked. Are accountable for all the nursing activities in assigned area which includes, but is not limited to, the effective delivery of safe, competent, compassionate and efficient care.
