Provides nursing services to patients and families in accordance with the standards of practice of a professional nurse, CCMC policies & procedures, Joint Commission, and State & federal regulations. CLINICAL PRACTICE: Demonstrates clinical expertise and uses the nursing process to provide safe, appropriate patient care to a defined patient population according to CCMC and unit policies and standards. Competently cares for all patients in med-surg and float assignments in the ICUs.
