IV Home Infusion Nurse (($55 AN HOUR STARTING RATE!) Job Description UniversaCare is seeking to hire PRN Home Infusion Registered Nurse. Accompany physician into the patient examination room to transcribe a history and physical exam, and document accurately the physician’s encounter with the patient and others present. List all proper diagnoses and symptoms as well as follow up instructions and prescriptions as dictated by the physician. Transcribe patient orders including laboratory tests, radiology tests, medications, etc., as dictated by the physician Document any procedures performed by the physician, dictated by the physician. Maintains established departmental policies and procedures, objectives, quality assurance program, safety, environmental, and infection control standards.
