Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Social Work, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred. Minimum of 2+ years of supervisory home care and administrative experience required. Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid, home care benefits, policies, and procedures preferred. Strong understanding of state regulatory requirements for HCBS/PCS. Experience in incident management, investigations, and regulatory compliance. Licensure/Certification (Required): Registered Nurse Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable personal transportation to perform job duties. You will report to the Clinical Administrator or Regional Vice President.
