Minimum Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited or state approved school of practical nursing Licensure as a LPN in the State of Ohio A minimum of One (1) years of experience in an acute care setting; home care experience preferred. Phlebotomy and wound care experience required. Must have passed National Association Practical Nurse Exam (NAPNES) or equivalent medication exam before administering medications. Flint Ridge located in Newark, Ohio is seeking compassionate and experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our Night Shift team! As part of our clinical team, you will provide skilled nursing care to our residents. We offer competitive compensation and an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of our residents. $5,000 Sign On Bonus "Great Place to Work" Certified Responsibilities: Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor residents' health status and vital signs, reporting any changes to the attending physician. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans. Assist in the admission and discharge processes, ensuring smooth transitions for residents. Document all care provided accurately and timely in residents' medical records. Provide emotional support and education to residents and their families. Adhere to all regulatory standards and facility policies to maintain quality care. Qualifications: Current RN license in the state of Ohio. Minimum of one year of nursing experience in a long-term care or similar setting. Excellent clinical skills with a focus on compassionate and patient-centered care. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends and holidays. IND123
