Caregiver Responsibilities Responsibilities will be based on the client's established care plan and may include: Assistance with activities of daily living Bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting assistance Mobility and transfer assistance Meal preparation Medication reminders Companionship and supervision Light housekeeping related to client care Maintaining a safe and comfortable environment Completing required shift documentation Reporting changes or concerns to the office Qualifications Applicants should: Be consistently available Monday–Wednesday from 7:00 AM–4:00 PM Be dependable and able to arrive at scheduled shifts on time Have reliable personal transportation Have a valid driver's license Be comfortable providing care in a client's home Demonstrate professional and compassionate communication Be able to follow an established care plan and company policies Be able to complete all required onboarding and training Previous professional caregiving, home care, personal care, CNA, HHA, PCA, assisted living, memory care, or senior care experience is preferred. Applicants with relevant personal caregiving experience may also be considered.
