You must have: 1 Year of Registered Nurse Experience Required Current valid State Registered Nurse License. Current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current. Previous Acute Care hospital experience preferred Ventilator Management experience preferred. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. An orthopedic registered nurse (RN) is a registered nurse who specializes in the care of patients with musculoskeletal disorders. They work with patients who have experienced injuries, undergone orthopedic surgery, or have long-term musculoskeletal conditions. Their duties include patient assessment, pain management, wound care, and education about the recovery process.
