Supports a therapeutic milieu by monitoring patient behaviors, fostering a recovery-focused environment, and collaborating with the treatment team to reinforce structure, safety, and consistency. Coordinates with the Primary Therapist on any insurance review information needed. Supports the informed consent process by helping patients understand procedures and treatments under the direction of the provider. Knows Baker Act (Florida Only) Delivers clinical nursing care in a safe, competent, and professional manner in accordance with established standards and protocols. Adheres to established standards of nursing practice and organizational policies.
