Orthopedics Spine Clinical Specialist Position Summary We are seeking an experienced (3-5 years) and compassionate clinical professional to join our specialized orthopedic spine clinic. You will serve as a primary liaison between patients and our spine team, managing the continuum of care from initial clinical evaluations and diagnostics to pre-operative preparation and post-operative recovery. Key Responsibilities Clinical Care & Diagnostics Room patients, obtain detailed histories, and record chief complaints, prioritizing patients with acute and chronic back or neck pain. Measure and record vital signs, neurological baselines, and evaluate patient mobility and functional status. Prepare patients for examinations and assist providers with in-office procedures, including joint or trigger point injections and suture/staple removal. Manage wound care, apply and remove casts, splints, and bracing systems (duties vary based on licensure).
