JOB QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Education Graduate of a Board of Registered Nursing (BRN) approved nursing program or equivalent curriculum that meets the requirements of a BRN approved nursing program. Preferred Education BSN preferred. Minimum Work Experience and Qualifications Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing. Must be able to work in a union environment. Preferred Work Experience and Qualifications Two years of RN experience in an acute care environment, one of which included charge and or preceptor responsibility.
