Overview The MCP Trauma/OB Division (Summit) is hiring FT CRNAs for Medical City Plano. This is a highly compensated position with top-tier pay, significant shift differentials, and strong incentives for call shifts and in-house 24-hour coverage, making it an excellent opportunity to maximize earnings. The practice offers a broad, high-acuity case mix including high risk OB, level 1 traumas, GYN, ortho trauma, vascular, neuro head and spine, and general surgery cases—ideal for new graduates looking for autonomy and to gain extensive experience quickly. CRNAs will gain experience with central lines, arterial lines, and PNBs. OB experience includes full autonomy with placing epidurals and spinals. OB is optional for CRNAs. Flexible scheduling includes 24-hour, 16-hour, 12-hour, 10-hour, and 8-hour shifts, with fully overnight schedules available for consistency and premium pay.
