Responsibilities Provides assistance to licensed nursing personnel in the provision of patient care by providing and documenting activities of daily living, including personal hygiene and grooming, and providing a clean, healthy and safe environment. Two (2) years of experience as a Nurse Aide or other relevant experience in lieu of education will be considered. BLS certification from a Vibra-approved vendor is required within six months of date of hire. Additional Qualifications/Skills : Acute care/LTAC experience preferred.
