Coordinate resident care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team. Supervise and support LPNs and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the electronic medical record. Respond to medical emergencies and changes in resident condition. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and facility policies and regulations. Promote a safe, respectful, and resident-centered environment. Qualifications Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of New York. Skilled Nursing Facility, Rehabilitation, or Long-Term Care experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
