Qualifications • Graduate of an approved Licensed Vocational program and licensed in the state of practice, required. • Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred. • Current BLS/CPR certification (All SNFs; ALFs as required by state). Whether fresh out of training or a seasoned veteran, MDMC challenges and develops the anesthetic skill set to the highest degree with the high acuity patient population it serves. The MDMC CRNA group has a priority system to determine a go-home order with early out and late shifts spread out evenly amongst the group. Currently night and weekend shifts are mostly covered by individuals who prefer to work those shifts, however occasional weekend shifts may be needed every other month to every 3 months depending on scheduling. Call responsibility is weekends only and consists of back-up call from home on Saturday 7-5 and Sunday 7-3 once every 6-8 weeks. You will receive additional incentive pay for these call shifts as well as early relief or an off day the following Monday. There is opportunity for set shift scheduling for those interested.
