Qualifications You have at least one year of experience working in senior care. Requirements for State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs): Active State Tested Nursing Assistants (STNAs) certificate or in the process of scheduling/taking the state STNA exam Graduated from a CNA training program A passion for providing high-quality, person-centered care Strong teamwork and communication skills Key Duties Include: Monitor and document residents' vital signs, physical conditions, and emotional well-being. Provide support with mobility, transfers, and positioning of residents. Assist with meal service, ensuring residents' nutritional needs are met. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents. Communicate with nursing staff about any changes in residents' conditions. Assist with medication reminders as directed by healthcare providers. Promote a positive and supportive atmosphere for residents, their families, and the team.
