RN Supervisor – Skilled Nursing Facility In this leadership role, you’ll oversee the delivery of high-quality care during your shift, support nursing staff, and serve as a key resource for residents, families, and clinical teams. Responsibilities: Supervise and support nursing staff (RNs, LPNs, CNAs) during assigned shifts Ensure that resident care is delivered in accordance with care plans and facility policies Respond to emergencies and act as the primary clinical decision-maker during shift Monitor staff performance and provide real-time coaching and feedback Conduct rounds to assess resident conditions and care needs Communicate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams as needed Ensure accurate and timely documentation of care, incidents, and resident status changes Report concerns or issues to the Nurse Manager or Director of Nursing Qualifications: Active RN license #AllaireHiring The Clinical Risk & Patient Safety RN is responsible for supporting the organizational strategic goals and objectives specifically those related to clinical risk management as part of the System's Peer Review process. Performs all duties in a manner that promotes a team concept and reflects the goal of providing seamless support for patients. At least 5 years of Registered Nurse work experience is required. BSN is required. The ideal candidate will have experience in Clinical Risk and Patient Safety , familiarity with the MCARE Act of 2002 and PA-PSRS, and proficiency in Tableau, Midas, Excel, Word, and Acrobat Reader. Knowledge of regulatory compliance related to patient safety is a plus. This role is full-time, days. The start time hours are flexible per business needs.
