The Transfer Center Nurse is the first point of contact when a regional provider is seeking assistance for their patient through the Billings Clinic Transfer Center. The nurse coordinates conversations with providers to care for patients in their home community as well as coordinates the transfers when a patient is needing a higher level of care. The ability to manage competing priorities and technologies without compromising accuracy, efficiency, and safety is essential to the success of this position. The New Nurse Graduate provides specialized nursing care at one of DCI’s in-center hemodialysis or hospital services units as part of a patient care team. Schedule: Potential fulltime shifts vary from four 10-hour shifts or three 12-hour shifts starting at 5:00 a.m. and are set upon hiring. In-Center RNs have Sundays off; no overnight shifts.
