Delivering excellent care to existing and new clients 2. Serving as a team lead of weekday and weekend focused Caregivers including training, scheduling, and caregiving as needed to meet the needs of the clients. 3. Represent the company with clients to facilitate introductions, stay up to date to ensure expectations are being met. 4. Assist with managing the weekly client schedule to execute all scheduled Care Plans including personally filling in for any Caregiver shifts if there are any schedule gaps. Be knowledgeable of Home Matters Caregiving Policies and Procedures. Be knowledgeable of services provided by our agency to manage prospects. Be well versed in the Employee Handbook and be able to refer to it. Refer any urgent client or staff issues to responsible manager for follow-up. Part of on-call rotation. Manage overtime. Assist Administrator of Care with caregiver/client schedules on the weekends and any other hours assigned for all HMC clients utilizing WellSky, to keep the schedule updated. Update caregiver schedules on WellSky in real time. Update client tasks in WellSky as needed or instructed by team members Be available to fill a caregiver shift in the event of a no-show or call-off and a replacement is not available. Ensure caregivers have sufficient PPE supply. Responsible for Daily Care Notes – review shifts in WellSky to ensure caregivers are documenting appropriately and the team is aware of any care concerns that may be documented. Responsible for paperwork, as assigned. Responsible for participation in weekly calls as assigned. Manager Lyft/Uber orders and billing to clients or caregivers as appropriate. Send daily summary to team. Participate in intros and/or shadow shifts for new hires and new clients for all first shifts. Client/caregiver in-home visits for scheduling needs and match. Job Summary: We are searching for a qualified and self-motivated certified medication aide to join our team. You will perform a variety of patient care duties including administering medication, reporting changes, collecting samples, and recording medication dosages. The ideal medication aide will be extremely detail-oriented and possess in-depth knowledge of patient care procedures. Providing excellent patient care is a vital part of this job, which is why excellent communication and interpersonal skills are needed. Supervisory Responsibilities: None. Duties/Responsibilities: Provide residents with medication administration and treatment assistance and services according to the health care provider's orders Follow written or verbal instructions on how to manage medications. Record medication dosages and times. Observe patients and document changes in their condition. Gather samples for analysis. Ensure equipment is routinely inspected and cleaned. Uphold all health and safety standards. Respond to patient emergency call signals, bells, or intercom systems to identify patient needs. Supervise residents who self-administer medication while following community and regulatory guidelines. Report any changes in residents' physical condition and/or behaviors. Maintain resident records regarding medication distribution, leisure activities, incidents, and observations. Required Skills/Abilities: Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good understanding of medical and pharmacological terminology. Education and Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent Certified Medication Aide
