Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provides direct supervision and monitoring of the nursing care given to our residents on a daily basis ensuring required documentation is completed. Reviews resident change in condition report daily to ensure follow up occurs including appropriate interventions are implemented and the family has been notified. Job Summary The Hospitalist Medicine Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) will deliver primary health care in the hospital setting to include, but not limited to, the recognition and management of common illnesses and injuries, and the provisioning of care across the health care continuum with emphasis on early detection, treatment, and prevention of diseases.
