Maintains proper level of supplies for the Day Center. Ensures that delivery schedules reflect the participant’s current needs and documents incoming and outgoing supplies. Ensures that the Day Center’s rooms are clean and safe for participants, visitors and staff. Greets and documents visitors to the Day Center. Attends their centers daily Morning Meeting. Actively participates with recommendations for improving participants care and reports relevant information on a daily basis to ADHC CNA’s. Checks and maintains door alarm batteries and settings daily. Ensures that the ADHC care needs are reflective of all participants individual Care Plans. Oversees daily documentation of Service Utilization by center staff and accurately inputs results within the assigned time frame. Monitors the CNAs daily documentation of toileting, O2 and Lay down room. Participant Care – 50% Oversees care for new participants in the Day Center during their first month of enrollment.
