About the Role We are currently looking for an experienced Medical Assistant to join our team. The Medical Assistant is a key component of our care team and works closely with a primary care physician to deliver excellent patient care and provide an exceptional guest experience to our patients. Because of our unique model, our Medical Assistants oversee the full spectrum of the patient experience- acting both as a Medical Receptionist as well as assuming clinical responsibilities of a Medical Assistant. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The following duties and responsibilities generally reflect the expectations of this position but are not intended to be all-inclusive. Escorts patients to room and ensures that exam rooms are thoroughly cleaned and stocked Reviews previous medical information and gathers any relevant updated health information from the patient to inform the provider Take vitals, perform blood draws, give injections, bandage wounds, assist with procedures. Work with the contracted labs for additional tests Prepares and administers approved medications and immunizations via oral, topical, inhaled, intramuscular, subcutaneous or intradermal at the direction of and upon written order from the Provider Partners with other members of the care team to develop individual patient plan of care including identifying and working to address gaps in care Front desk duties, including: patient scheduling, medical record requests and abstraction, documentation, coordinate specialist visits, referrals, and other care outside of the clinic, check-in, check-out, etc. Records accurate and pertinent data in the medical record according to documentation guidelines Process test results and provide the patient with timely results via e-message, mail or phone as directed in written instructions by the Provider Participates in outreach to patients to drive engagement among eligible patient groups Maintains clinical and office supplies and equipment for treatments About You Minimum of 1 year of experience working as a Medical Assistant, preferably in Primary Care. May vary based on clinic needs Graduation from a formal Medical Assistant program or other related program National or state-specific MA certification or registration is strongly preferred. MA certification or registration is required for employment in States where certification/registration is required. CPR/BLS certification required at time of start date Phlebotomy experience is preferred

How you make a difference As a Registered Nurse (RN), your primary responsibility is to provide patient care using the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. You will work under the supervision of Charge Nurse(s) to provide patient education and activities in accordance with your competencies and education. This role requires excellent communication and critical thinking skills to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Assist in assessing and planning individual treatment programs, consulting with Charge Nurse(s) and other staff as necessary. Implement medical plans by administering medications, obtaining diagnostic tests, and assisting with medical or minor surgical procedures as needed. Count controlled substances and implement clinical and technical aspects of care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols. Document nursing encounters using the SOAP form of charting as required by policy and attend mandatory staff meetings and training. Communicate information to nursing staff, physician, health care unit supervisory personnel or other staff as necessary. Additional Details We are looking for a full time RN to join our clinical team at Hancock County Jail. This position works Monday - Friday, 7a-3:30p. Qualifications & Requirements Education Graduate from an accredited school of nursing. Experience Prefer a minimum of one (1) year clinic experience Licenses/Certifications Have and maintain current licensure as a Registered Nurse within the state of employment. How you make a difference The Health Services Administrator (HSA) manages and evaluates the health care delivery program in compliance with regulations and accreditation standards. They oversee the implementation of policies, monitor subcontracted services, and ensure quality and cost-effective medical, dental, and mental health care. The HSA directs recruitment, orientation, and evaluations for staff while ensuring licensure and credentialing requirements are met. They review and manage inmate health cases, hospitalizations, and referrals to optimize care and control costs. The role also involves maintaining communication with facility and external partners, promoting quality improvement, and functioning as a liaison for accreditation and professional standards. Key Responsibilities Manage and evaluate the health care delivery program to ensure compliance with regulations, accreditation standards, and facility policies. Oversee staff recruitment, orientation, performance evaluations, and continuing education programs. Monitor subcontracted services, medical records, and contracted provider performance for quality and cost-effectiveness. Review and manage serious inmate health cases, hospitalizations, and referrals while controlling costs and liabilities. Maintain communication with facility leadership, staff, and outside agencies, and promote quality improvement initiatives. Additional Details We are looking for an RN to lead our clinical team at Hancock County Jail. Open to candidates without corrections experience. $5,000 bonus.
